it's too late to apologize

but i'm sorry, i'm sorry... it's been a busy two days!

senior week is officially on. the johnny holm concert was unbelievable, as always. he is just SO GOOD. i called my mom about an hour before the show and told her i was going to go see the band that will most definitely be playing at my wedding. her only response was "hmmm, well...get a price quote and we'll talk." i think we were both amused :)

yesterday we spent a few hours at the spa before getting ready for the boat cruise. i told the massage chick to do deep pressure, which i usually do, but about two hours later i had some slightly achy back and arm muscles. ouch. other than that, the experience rocked. i nearly fell asleep during my pedicure and haircut. i absolutely l-o-v-e love getting my hair cut.

i also noticed this morning that i have a line of angry purple bruises on my right leg - diagonally from my knee up to mid-thigh. there are four, right in a row, evenly spaced. how does that even happen? these are in addition to the golf ball-sized one on my left shoulder blade and the slowly-healing welt on my left foot. apparently, i bruise like a peach. who knew?

today will likely be spent watching movies with my roomies in pajamas. we were originally going to head up to lake minnetonka to spend the entire day on k's massive boat - tubing, wakeboarding, etc. - but with the weather report threatening thunderstorms and temps only in the 60s, that plan was botched.

i was just informed that we are going to ooodles for breakfast in exactly two minutes, and we're not allowed to change. whatever we happen to look like is how we're going. great. i'm currently sporting some ugly gustavus shorts and adam's woodbury football warmup shirt. oh, and now we're apparently going to the mcdonald's redbox immediately following breakfast so we can rent lots of movies. wonderful...even more public displays of non-showering. blegh.

tonight: president's banquet, BAR CRAWL.

oh and now i'm being hollered at to get going. honestly..?
