in honor of our 8:00 class tomorrow being canceled (cancelled?) by none other than martin lang, maggie and i went to the bar to take a shot. mlang3 has canceled class about....NEVER...in the 3 years i've had him as a prof. maybe once when he had the flu or something. either way, this is a once-in-a-lifetime thing, and we decided to take advantage of it. i had a snakebite, she had a scooby snack. we took some photos and saw some friends. it was good. i'm too lazy to upload the pics right now.

this doesn't mean i get to sleep in, though... i have to finish my web stories, so i'll probably end up at the office around 8:30-9ish to do that before our staff meeting. i'm still waiting on photos and a quote for one...but the rest should be okay. i love tuesdays at the office.

my interview today was good. three different people for 45 minutes each. by the time i left, i felt like i was no longer able to process anything at all. the second person i talked to was really ambiguous and didn't really ask me any direct questions. it was rough. the other two were great, though, and i really like the position. we'll see.

in other news, i am completely blown away by the new Augustana album. like, W.O.W.Z.A. so unbelievably good.
